The schooner 10, Captain Murdoch, was towed in by the p.s. Dispatch on Thursday forenoon. She left Port Phillip Heads on the 15th, with light easterly winds, After leaving the land she carried variable winds during the run across from the N. and N.E. until making the land off Cascade Point on Satur- j ' day last. Here she encountered a very heavy gale from the N.E. and N. W., which considerably retarded her progress. She arrived in the roadstead on Wednesday night, ' and was brought in as above. She brings 135 tons of general merchandise, chiefly conBigned to her owners, Messrs Glenn Bros. Yesterday bulk was 'broken, and the cargo' was turned out in first-rate condition.
