Sydney, Feb. 20. Another want of confidence motion is threatened in the Assembly. Great preparations are being made for the reception of Prince Alfred. Greville, the bank manager at Forbes, has been convicted of embezzlement. A serious accident has occurred — the steamer Fire King having run into the barque Mary Miller, bound for China. Nine pez-sons are seriously injured ; but no deaths are reported. The honor of knighthood is to be con- ■ ferred on the Hon. James Miller, Messrs Terence Murray (?), Charles Cooper, and J. B. Darling.
