THE ORIGINAL CHLORODYNE, invented l.y RICHARD FKEEMAN, Pharmaceutist, is one of the greatest discoveries of the present age, and is largely used by the most eminent medical men in hospital aud private practivein all parts of the globe. It rapidly relieves pain, from whatever cause, allays the irritation of fever, soothes the system under exhausting diseases, and pives sleep without producing the distressing symptoms which arise from the use of opiates. Consumption, coughs, colds, influenza, bronchitis, asthma, hooping coujih, diarrhcea, dy sentry, cholera, spasms, cramps, rheumatism, gout, &c, immediately relieved, and in most cases cured. Conclusive evidence of the value of ie in cholera, diarrhoea, and dysentery is afforded by the following from the Right Honorable Earl Russell, who graciously transmitted it to the inventor of Chlorodyne, Mr R. Freeman, and to the Royal College of Physicians of London. Extract of a despatch from Acting-Consul Webb, dated Manilla, September 17, 1564: — " The remedy most efficacious in its effects (in epidemic cholera) has been found to be Chlorodyne, and with a small quantity given to me by Dr Burke I have saved several lives."
