TjILECTQRAL DISTRICT OF THE GREY. ; ( / i In pursuance of the provisions of an Act of the General Assembly of New Zealand, intituled "The Provincial Elections Act, 1858," I, James Roger Dutton, Returning Officer for the Electoral District of the Grey, do hereby give notice that by virtue of a Writ, bearing date the twenty-third day of December, 1868, issued under the hand of his Honor the Superintendent of the Province of Nelson, an Election will be held for the return of a qualified person to serve as a Member of the Provincial Council of the Province of Nelson for ( the said Electoral District, and that the NOMINATION of Candidates will take place at the Court House, at Gobden, within the said District, on TUESDAY, the TWENTY-SIXTH day of JANUARY, 1869, at noon ; and that the POLL (if necessary) will be taken on FRIDAY, the TWENTY-NINTH day of JANUARY, 1869.
