London, Nov. 27. The new Parliament includes : — Messrs Disraeli, Gladstone, Bright, Baines, Morley, Coleridge, Collier, Gurney, Palmer, . Urquhart, and Charles Reade. The following have been rejected : — Rothschild, Stuart Mill, Roebuck, Lord Hartington, Gibson, Austin, Bruce, Karslake, Gazelee, Bowyer, Buxton, Osborne, Horsman, and Miall. Mr Gladstone was rejected by Lancashire, but was returned for Greenwich. Messrs Lowe, Childers, Torrens, Hamilton, Young, and M' Arthur (from Australia), have also been returned; The Liberal majority is 110. Parliament assembles on December 10. Sir John Young has received the Grand Cross of the Bath. Sir James Fergusson, the new Governor of South Australia, will be a passenger by next mail. The Princess Alexandra has been delivered of a«on.
The petition for winding-tip the Panama Mail Company has been withdrawn. Several towns in Sonora and Lower California have been destroyed by tornados. OBITUARY. Baron Jas. Rothschild, the Marquis of Hastings, Rossini, General Farger, and the Archbishop of Canterbury. PRODUCE MARKETS. Hides. — The quantity- of Australian offering is larger than ,for some months past. Sales— lss. to 12s 6d; Sydney, s£d to s|d ; Melbourne, s£d. Leather.— The sales are considerable, and a good demand exists at fully late prices. Hides have declined a halfpenny. Basils.— Sales : 751 bales; best, 10^d to 11.1. Tallow.— Supply of Australian is large, with ready sale ; the total quantity received . is 5576 casks ; quotations, 6d higher than those of September. Oil is in ready sale at a full price.
