THE PAROA. ROAD BOARD ELECTION.
The election of four members for the Road Boa,rd took place at the pollingplaces in the district on Thursday, There were eight candidates, three of whom were old members of the Board, and strange to say, they are the lowest on the list. The Returning Officer was E. Masters, Esq., Mayor of Greymouth, and we a,re indebted to. his assistant, Mr E. Tyler for the following compilation of the returns :-~
