A NUISANCE.
(To the Editor of the Grey River Argus.) Sir— Now that Greymouth has been a borough for some time, and all the machinery required in operation, I would draw attention, through your journal, to the number of horses that scamper about the streets every Saturday afternoon and Sunday. I have little doubt but such relaxation is very much enjoyed by the quadrupeds, and a little saving to their owners in the shape of feed, "but I do not see how such a state of matters should be allowed, to the danger of children and terror of the inhabitants. 1 trust the Council will give their attention to the above.
