The motion that Mr Moses Alexander be prohibited from coining within the precincts of the Houses of Parliament was moved on the 15th ult. in the Legislative Assembly, and got rid of by the previous question being carried. The hon. member, however, seemed very ungrateful for the kind consideration of his friends and supporters ; his ordinary assurance and fluency seemed to have deserted him ; he remainedquiescent, making no sign. Such " lamb-like" forbearance is really most edifying.
