Every licensed waterman shall, in addition to hia license, carry a printed copy of the waterman's regulations and a t*il>le of fares, any or all of which hishall produce to any person by whom he may be employed, on their being, demanded, or be liable to a penalty not exceeding forty shillings. 75. Eyerjy licensed master or -waterman as aforesaid; who shall carry in any boat more passengers or cargo than the boat has been licensed to carry, shall be. liable to a penalty of not less than two pounds nor more than twenty pounds ; and any such bpatman who shall demand more ,tban the proper fare, or who shall, without Biifticient reason, refuse or neglect to employ' his boat when required, shall be liable to a penalty not exceeding five pounds. 82.
