W, Johnson, the Grand Secretary of Orangemen, imprisoned in County Down, has been released, The prisoners captured at Dungaroon were offered pardon on condition that they would leave the country. They refused. Fitzgerald, Dohuny, and Macarthy have been discharged from custody. The Marquis Bepoli, French Minister to Russia, has been appointed in same capacity to Great Britain. . The Fenians who were captured at Merthyr-Ty.lvil, in Wales, have been indicted for treason. The Grand Jury of Cork presented an indictment against Captain Mackay for murder, and against Manix and Walsh as accessories- to the crime An arrangement has been effected butween the Anglo-American and Atlantic Telegraph Companies, that will remove all the differences which have hampered tho management of Atlantic Cable affairs. The following are totals of receipts and expenditure as estimated by the Minister of Finance : — The receipts from ordinary sources, 1,699,000,000 francs ; receipts from extraordinary sources, 93,000,000 francs. Total estimated receipts, 1,920,000,000 frs. Expenditure ordinary, 1,627,000,000 frs ; expenditure extraordinary, 184,000,000 francs. Total estimated expenditure, 1,811,000,000 francs.
