The once famous war-ram Stonewall is^ at Montevideo under orders for Japan, but her commander finding her peculiar unnianagability, has abandoned the deai of taking her to Japan as impracticable. The Presse asserts that the French troops will again shortly be despatched to Rome, and that orders will be sent to Toulon to prepare transports for the im» mediate embarkation of 20,000 men.
