Address 1, 3, 5, office of this paper, for a month. N.B. — TKe, strictest and most honorable secrecy may be confidently relied" on. Cartes-de-visite exchanged if agreeable." ' In reply to the Marquis of Clanricarde, ' the Earl of JDerby announced that in the case of the Tornado a new trial had been ordered by the Spanish Courts— that trial had, however, not yet commenced; and from what he could understand, neither party seemed anxious to bring the case to trial on its merits. ' The Government would not lose sight of the question.
