The Committee of the Grey River Hospital hereby give public notice that, in conser quence of the refusal of the Canterbury Government to pay its proportion of the expense of the lustitution, as agreed upon, they find it impossible to fulfil their duties in a satisfactory manner, and are compelled to resign the management of the Hospital into the hands of the Canterbury and Nelson Governments.
