Tcksday, Sept. 24. • • (Before W. H. Eeveli, Esq., R.M.) A long list of civil cases, most of which were trader adjournment, were down for .hearing, but the majority of them had either been settled out of Court or the parties failed to appear. Judgment was given for the plaintiffs in the following actions : — "W. Talbot v. John Fullerton, L 9 2s ; Skoglund and Purcellv.. Catherine M'Fee, L 6 4s ; O'Donnell v. Quinlan, L 8 7s 8d ; Same v. Roper, 14 2s 4d ; PatricK Smith v. P. Murphy, LlO 12s ; O'Brien and Carroll v. Ross, L14 13s 4d ; Constant -and Anderson v. Archer, L 9 6s Id ; John Burton v. Buckley, L 5; Strike and Son v. Master of Lapwing, LI ; Thomas and M/Beath v. Eteveneaux, L 3 19s Id. The following cases were heard and decided for the plaintiffs: —F. Miller v. W. •isscheef, L 9 14s 6d ; W. J. Coates v. R. J)ow, L 2 12s 3d.
