Spirits, wines, &c, appear as very light. Shipments of oils have also decreased. Private telegrams regarding teas report the departure from Chiua of the .Shelburne, fov Sydnej. No vessels were loading, hut three or four small cargoes were being prepared for tine colouics, the remainder of the season's congou in the market having been purchased for that purpose. No information regarding shipments coming forward from Calcutta or other Indian ports reached us during business hours. Breadstuffs show an improvement. Flour is decieledly stiffer, though no actual alteration in price is yet reporteel. We hear of some 10,000 bushels of Port MacDonnell wheat having been sold, to arrive, for shipment, at equal to us 2el net, a figure which shows a tendency to advance. Victorian wheat is alsoquoteela shade higher, viz., 4s 9el coys for prime samples. Maize lias been sold, in quantity, at 4s —a slight rise. A parcel of about forty bales of Dundee cornsacks has ehangeel hands at 13s 3d.
