I^l LEG TI ON NO TICE. ELECTORAL DISTRICT OF THE TOWN OF GREYMOUTH. In pursuance of the provisions of an Act of the General Assembly of New Zealand, intituled "The Regulations of Elections Act, 1558," I, George Samuel Sale, Returning Ollieer foi'-thf 'Electoral District of Greymouth, do hereby give notice that by virtue of a Writ, bearing date the tenth day of April, 1867, issued under the hand of his Honor tho Superintendent of Canterbury, an Election will be held for the return of a qualified person to serve as a Member of the Provincial Council for the said Electoral District, and that the nomination of candidates will take place at tho Warden's. Court, Greymouth, on Wednesday, the seventeenth day of April, 1867, and that the Poll (if necessary) will be taken, on Thursday, the eighteenth day of April, 1867.
