The value of flour and other breadstutfs rcremains the same, but prices do not possess stiffness. Other staple commodities have suffered little alteration in prices* or prospects. Sugars and teas ha-Wboth been very quiet.; the auction sale of the Oberlin's cargo of Mauritius sugars, and the arrival of the Velocidade's cargo of teas, having stopped present operations. The sale of Oberlin sugars, at Messrs M'Landress, Hepburn and C >. 's rooms, went off pooily, buyers seeming disinclined for large lines. The few samples; S)ld realised fair prices. : ; ';
