An arrangement has been made by which, the telegraphic news from Europe over the Atlantiq. Cable is furnished to the American newspapers at the rate of 100 dollars g, weak for each journal desiring it. Some^twenty papers have thus far entered into the agreement, and about -100 Avords a 'day "will be transmitted, including the commercial reports.
