Application may be made in writing at any time before 12 o'clock on Tuesday^ the 12ta March, ISG7Any number of acres may be selected, hot loss than 40. The first applicant will be deemed the purchaser. If two or more persons apply for the same Land at' the same time, it will* be put up to auction at the fixed price for selection.
