Application may be made in writing at any time before 12 o'clock on Tuesday, the 12tu March, 18G7. Any number of acres may be selected, not less than 40i . The first applicant will be deemed the purch;iser. If two or more persons apply for the same land at the same time, it will be put iip to auction at the fixed price for selection. Deposits will be returned to the unsuccessful applicants. All land not applied for on the 12th' of March will be open for selection' on any subsequent day.
