By Messrs Sprot and Craig, at tbei rooms, on the Bth instant — Hennessy's brai.dy, - 8s 2d per gallon, in bond, a parcel colonial bacon, lid; coffee, Harper's, Is Id per lb ; pepper, do, lO^tl ; labsters, lib tins, 9s 9d ]er dozen ; bottled fr,uits, 18s per dozen ; Buehan's sarsaparilla, 3Ss per dozen, < duty paid ; oats, 5s pel* bushel ; aud an extensive assortment of sundries at remunerative rates. By Messrs Carey and Gilles, the cargo of the Bella Visto, from HobartTown — Tasmanian butter, Is 3d per lb ; oats, 5s 2d ; hay, Ll2 per ton ; chaffy Ll4 ; colonial jams, Od per lb ; green fruits, per case, 10s to ISs ; carrots, 15s per cwt ; potatoes, new, Ll3 per toil ; bran, Is JUd per bushel. We have also to' note a large sale of drapery at the warehouse of Messrs Cuthbertson and Co, by Mr G. W. Binney, well attended by the trade, and the prices obtained — although not in advance of rueent rates— were on the whole satisfactory. The demand for bams, bacon, and provisions generally is good, showing an upward tendency.
