The Fox's River correspondent of the Went Coast Time* speaks highly of the indefatigable exertions of Mr Warden Kynnorsley. In his last letter he says : — Mr Warden Kynnersley has no sinecure here I can assure you. For several days he has been busy from daylight until dark settling disputes about frontage?, aud even long after tbe Court is over Le is besieged by parties wanting information or advice on some matters. When 1 tell you the Court consists of a Aveatherhoardod house, about 10 by 10, with a canvas roof without a ily, you may judge what a little oven it has been for the last few hot days. His decisions have given every satisfaction, and he is liked and esteemed very deservedly by both miners and storekeepers. Since my arrival here, indeed, I have not heard a complaint against him, not even from parties who had lost their causes in court.
