Provided that the per-centage on the proceeds of the sale of property subject to any .mortgage shall be calculated only on the surplus payable to the debtor's estate. Provided also that no per-centage shall be allowed to trustees on the proceeds received by a secniestator of property sold by him under order of the Court or a Judge. Two or more joint trustees or seqnestrators shall be entitled to a single allowance.
