tage as follows:— On the first leceipts up to L 250, of 8 per cent ; on their next receipts after the first L 250 up to LSOO, of b per cent; on their next receipts after the first LSOO up to LI OOO, of 4 percent; on their next receipt after the first LIOOO up to L3OOO, of 2 per cent ; on all further receipts after the lirst -L3OOO, of 1 per cent. Provided that the per-centage on the proceeds of the sale of property subject to any .mortgage shall be calculated only on the surplus payable to the debtor's estate. Provided also that no per-centage shall be allowed to trustees on the proceeds received by a secniestator of property sold by him under order of the Court or a Judge. Two or more joint trustees or seqnestrators shall be entitled to a single allowance.
