WHEREAS*it is expedient to alter the duties of Customs payable on the importation of goods, wares, and merchandise into the Colony of NW Zealand : — - Be it therefore enacted by the General Assembly of NeAV Zealand, in Parliament assembled, as folloAVS : — ,'■"■-. 1. The Short Title of this Act shall be the NeAV Customs Duties Act, 18o"4. 2. The duties of Customs_chargeable upon, goods, wares, and merchandise imported into, the Colony of NeAV Zealand, shall cease arid determine from and after the Sth day of December, 1804. ' - 3.
