WHEREAS it is expedient to alter the duties of Cu&toms payable on the impoi tation of goods, Avares, and merchandise into the Colony of New Zealand: — Be it therefore enacted by the .General Assembly ot NeAV Zealand, in Parliament assembled, as follows . : — I.* The Short Title of this Act shall be the NeAV Customs Duties Act, 18(54. 2:* The duties of Cust6ms chaigeable upon goods, A", ares, and merchandise impoited into the Colony of Ncav Zealand, shall cease and determine trom and after the Bth day of December, 18(34. • ;■}.
