The hearing of the case was postponed until Monday next, for the appearance of the prose.cutrix. Obstructing the Thoroughfare.—. Thomas and Co. were charged with obstruct- ~~ ing the footpath opposite their premises, by placing two rolls of matting thereon^ Case adjourned until Thursday. • - . . Brunk: and Disorderly.— J. M'Kay, for this offence, was fined 20s and costs, or 48 hours' imprisonment. . - ■
