Arabi and the leading rebel officers were to-day publicly degraded and then started on the journey to Ceylon. LONDON, December 26. A serious affray occurred last night at Canterbury, arising out of the ill-feeling existing between the men of the 2nd Dragoon Guards and those of the 16th Dragoons. Fully two hundred troopers of these regiments took part in the disturbance, which lasted for some time. The fighting on both sides was severe, and many of the combatants suffered serious injuries.
