SIR JULIUS VOGEL.

[PEESS ASSOCIATION TELEGBAM.I DUNEDIN, December 13. Sir Julius Vogel arrived by to-night's express, but it was only upon the evening papers publication that it was known he was coming, and no preparation therefore could be made by his friends to receive him. However, the Mayor (Mr Gore), Mr Bracken, M.H.E., aa.d oue or two other gentlemen met him, and gave him a cordial welcome to which Sir Julius fittingly responded.
