Total, £393 19s 2d. PEOPEETY SALE. Messrs H. Matson and Co. held a sale on Monday, at Woolston, of the leasehold property in the estate of Silbnrn and Co. The lease, having nine years to run rent free, and which comprised one acre of land, buildings, engine and boiler, sold for £SOO. The plants and implements for carrying on the manufacture of flax realised satisfactory, prices.
