Received November 20th, 1.45 p.m. LONDON, Undated. Admiral Sir Anthony A. Hoskins has been made a K.C.B. The opposition to the ;new rules of procedure in the House of Commons is decreasing, and an early prorogation of Parliament is probable. The evidence of the prisoner who turned approver in the Joyce murder cases is conclusive.
