OHBISTOHUROH. Satubday, Ootobeb 28. [Before J. Ollivier, Esq., K.M.] DbunkbnnESß. Joseph Morris pleaded guilty to being drunk in a railway carriage, with behaving in a violent and offensive manner to the annoyance of passengers, and with assaulting Charles Heaton, a railway guard. The evidence showed that aoouced had behaved in such a violent manner, while on the express train from the South on Friday evening, that he had to be tied till his arrival at Ohristohurch. He was fined 10s for being drunk, £1 for offensive behaviour, and £1 for the assault on the guard. Jacob Shiels, for being drunk and tearing the uniform of the arresting constable, was fined 15s, and ordered to pay £1 4,1, the amount of the damage done. For a flrbfc offence a woman was fined ss, all with the usual alternatives of imprisonment in case of default. ,-r
