This morning the flags of the shipping in port and on the various public and private buildings were at half-mast, in consequence of tka sudden death at Wellington last night of Captain Callow of the schooner Haney Lass. The Anne Main, Captain Popham, lott Liverpool 'for this port on August 20th. The barque Lnrliae, Captain Adair, left London for this port on August 19th.
