IN OHAMBHBS. Fsidav, Ootobhb 20. [Before his Honor Mr Justice Johnston.] His Honor sat in the Court Chambers at II a.m. BE EOBBBT CHAPMAN, DEOKABBD. Mr Martin applied herein for probata to Sarah Chapman and Thomas Sanderson. Order made as prayed. BB OHABLBB GKOEQE CHATMAN, DECEASED. Mr Qtbbboq applied herein for probate to the widow. His Honor granted the order. BUTHBBFOED V SDTTBB. Mr Joynt applied herein for an order reviewing the taxation of respondent’s costs in election herein. His Honor refused the order, on the gronnd that notice of withdrawal having been given prior to the incurring of these costs, the respondent was nob entitled to have them allowed. Mr Harper appeared for the petitioner, but was not called upon. IN BANKRUPTCY. BB HENP.T THOLOW. On the application of Mr Button, the debtor was adjudicated bankrupt, and Friday, 27th October, fixed for his surrender. BB JOHN WEBTAWAT. The bankrupt, in person, applied for his discharge. His Honor painted out that the papers of the bankrupt were not in order. The affidavit of debts, &c., had been sworn before s Justice of the Peace, who was not the proper person, unless a solicitor was not resident within three miles of the place. However, he would not delay the discharge of the debtor in this case. At the same time, he wished it to be understood that in swearing affidavits in the Supreme Court they must be before a solicitor or the Registrar, except in eases provided. Order of discharge made, BB AUBED WALIHB. Mr Bruges applied herein for the discharge of the bankrupt. His Honor mode the order as prayed. eh w. T. MODES, The bankrupt in person applied for his discharge. His Honor granted the application. BB SAMUEL BSOWN. The bankrupt in this osse surrendered. BE W. 3. THOMAS. Mr Button applied herein for an order of discharge. Tao Court then rose.
