Friday, October 6. SITTINGS IIToHAMBBBS. [Before hia Honor Mr .Justice Johnston/] His Honor sat in the Court Chambers at 11 a.m. BBHWIOK T ROBERTS. In this case, on the application of Mr Holmes, his Honor granted an order for issue of the commission on behalf of defendant, as well as plaintiff, and for extension of return to March 7th. BB CAROLINE BVXCLIPFB, DECEASED. Mr McUannel, on behalf of Mr Stringer, applied for probate herein to Thomas T. Sutcliffe and T. H. Bruce. His-Honor made the order. IN BANKRUPTCY. RE SAMUEL BROWN. This was a return to a petition of William Vincent, O. F. Todhunter, and John Beecher, praying that the said Samuel Brown should he adjudged a bankrupt. Mr Spaokman appeared for the debtor, and applied for on adjournment. Mr Button, for the petitioners, had no objection, and hia Honor adjourned the case for a week. RK JOHN BENNETT. Mr Bruges applied for the discharge of the debtor. His Honor made the order as prayed. BE J. H. MALONE. Mr Bruges applied on behalf of T. B. Craig, the trustee herein, for a warrant to issue for the arrest of the debtor, and that he be brought up for examination. It appeared from the affidavits that the debtor had been summoned to attend at the office of the trustee to give information, but had not done so.
