Serious agararian murders are reported to-day from Ireland, farmers in both cases being the victims. The scenes of the outrages were Boyle, in. County Roscommon, and Castle Island, in County Kerry. Several arrests hav9 been made of persons believed to be implicated in the murders. BERLIN, October 3. Prince Bismarck's health has somewhat improved, and he is now coining from his country seat to Berlin to resume his official duties. ALEXANDRIA, October 3. It has transpired that it has been decided that the Brigades under Sir Evelyn Wood and Sir Archibald Alison shall remain in the occupation of Egypt. The rest of the troops will leave during ! the course of this month.

Fifty members of the Indian force proceed to England to personally receive medals from the Queen. The English Government are negotiating for a European Conference on Egyptian affairs, to be held in London. Received October oth, 12.15 p.m. October 4th, 4.49 a.m. The daggers used in the Phoenix Park tragedy have been discovered in Dublin. The police believe that ten persons wore concerned in the murders, and that they are still concealed in Ireland. An embassy from the Native Government of Madagascar has arrived at Marseilles. The tenants throughout Ulster are objecting to the Court valuers, and Mr Trevellyan has vindicated the appointment, and threatens to abandon the Act if found unworkable. A Congress of the Associated Chambers of Commerce has been opened at Gloucester. The Queen intends to visit Cannes shortly.
