It has been discovered that a plot has recently been formed among the adherents of an Albanian league to attack ami massacre all the Christians of Scutari, & town in the south of Albania. Received September 23rd, I a.m. September 21, 6.30 p.m. The consignment cf ostrich feathers per steamer Liguria, has been received is excellent condition, and has realised veryhigh prices. The report of the jurors at the Bordeaux Exhibition on the samples of Now South Wales wines is very satisfactory. The War Office has consented to Lieut. The Corporation of the City of Dublin has voted tho freedom of the city and a sword to General Sir Garnet Wolaeley. Prince Nikita of Montenegro has bean invited to attend the Gaar’s coronation, and will he present. The Austrian Government, having in mind the action of Russia and Montenegro in regard to the late insurrection in the Danuhian principalities, seem inclined to bitterly resent this invitation. A large radical meeting in London has strongly deprecated the introduction of Chinese.
