It has been discovered that a plot has recently been formed among the adherents of an Albanian league to attack ami massacre all the Christians of Scutari, & town in the south of Albania. The Austrian Government, having in mind the action of Russia and Montenegro in regard to the late insurrection in the Danuhian principalities, seem inclined to bitterly resent this invitation. A large radical meeting in London has strongly deprecated the introduction of Chinese.
