A portion of the rebel garrison has left AbouMr, and has reinforced the bleck troops at Damiotta tinder Abdullah Pasha, who still refnses to surrender. The remainder of Abonkir troops have, however, submitted to the British. L"Aqb" Bpeoial, pbb United Pbbsb Association] Received 12.15, September 20th. LONDON, September 19, 7.8 a.m. AbouMr has been occupied by the British troops. Arabi's own regiment has refused to surrender, and has marched to Damietta, where Abdullah Pasha still maintains a defiant attitude, which it is suspected ia Becretly instigated by the Porte. Arabi, while at Kafradowar, was, it is stated, in constant dread of being poisoned. The Natives are now freely journeying throughout the country, which is commanded by our troops, and thorough confidence seems to be lestored.
