She cleared at Boston May 23rd. However undesirable the performance may be so far aa the discontented passenger, who is all cat dying to catch the train, is concerned, there is no denying the fact that to see such a steamer as the Manapouri spin round almost in her own length inside the basin, is both pleasing and instructive. Captain Logon afforded spectators a sight of that kind yesterday morning. The sensitiveness of so large a steamer to the •tightest motion of the little wheel in the wheelhouse was truly wonderful.
