Asaph street on Friday afternoon, was fined 5j for the first offunoo, and for the last £B, or in default five days’ imprisonment with hard labor, For a first cffenoo a man was fined ss. Alleged Larceny.— Jas. Keafo, alias Joseph O’Hearn, was charged with stealing from Ed. Mullins a watch and chain valued at £9 17s 6d. He had twice previously been remanded. Sergeant Mason stated that the owner of the watch could not be found, and he asked, in consequence, that the case might be withdrawn. The prisoner was then discharged.
