Th« New South Wales football team arrived at 11.30 thi« morning by the Hawes, and landed in a pelting rain. Should the unfavorable weather continue it will be impossible to play a match to-morrow. Owing to some dissatisfaction in the selection of the local team, the committee have reconsidered matters, and have selected Brown to take the place of Campbell. DUNEDIN, September 15. Mr Goodman’s horses Sir Modred, Somnus, Idalium, and Hilarious are to be sold by public auction on the Slit inst.
