ENGLISH & FOREIGN. [reuter’b telegrams.] LONDON, August SO. The Irish constables at Limerick, who had resigned in consequence of the dismissal of the leaders of the agitation, have now been appeased, and have withdrawn their resignations. Prince Leopold, who is at present staying at Osborne, is seriously indisposed, and the state of his Royal Highness’s health is creating alarm. Tho cargo of frozen mutton ex steamship Austral amounting to nearly 6000 carcases has been landed, and is in excellent condition. A portion of the cargo was sold by auction to-day, and realised an average of 6d per lb. CONSTANTINOPLE, August 30. Great excitement prevails throughout Thessaly on account of the ill-feeling between the Turkish and Greek inhabitants. News has been received to-day that a renewal of hostilities has occurred in tho neighborhood of Dagair. LONDON, August 30, 9.4 p.m. A cargo of meat, per steamer Austral, has arrived in prime condition, and 200 carcases were offered for sale by auction, and averaged 6d per lb. The market is somewhat depressed. Palmer, one of the Australian cricketing team, is still suffering from a severe hit, which prevented his playing in tho match against the All England team.
