IN CHAMBERS.
This Day. [Before hi* Honor Mr Justice Richmond.] His Honor sat in the Court Chamber* at 10.30 a.m. OEOBGB T OOOMBB AHD AHOTHBB. Mr Douglas applied herein for settlement of issues, and fixing time and place of trial. Mr Bruges appeared for defendants. His Honor fixed the trial for next Nisi JPritis sittings, and settled the issues as proposed.
QTJUDBOD V GUD3BLL. Mr Douglas applied herein for settlement of isgnei and fixing of time and place of trial. Mr Loughrey appeared for the defendant. Hie Honor fixed the trial for next session, and settled the issues as proposed.
POLLOCK V GBAY. Mr Douglas applied herein for a similar order. Mr Harper appeared for the defendant, and consented to the issues as framed. His Honor made the order. BB ISABELLA WILLIAMS, DECEASED, Mr J. B. Fisher applied herein for an order granting probate to John Anderson, the executor named. His Honor made the order as prayed, KB MICHAEL JOYOB, DECEASED. Mr Joyce applied for probate to Anne Joyce, the executrix named. His Honor made the order, subject to an affidavit being filed. BB WM. BCAELETT, DBOBABED. On the motion of Mr Harper, His Honor granted probate to Mary Ann Scarlett, the executrix named. GAERIOK AND ANOTHBB V TOOTH. Mr Garrick applied herein for an order under the Absent Defendants Act, 1860 granting leave to plaintiffs to proceed in action and apply for judgment and to prove their case by affidavits. Order made, Bill to be referred to taxation, and plaintiffs then to be at liberty to proceed, as in case of default of pica. BB W. H. PAEKBE, DECEASED. In this case Mr George Harper applied for an order granting letters of administration to the widow of deceased. His Honor made the order.
IN BANKRUPTCY.
BE JAMES OONNEB AND BB BBYAN OONNBB. The bankrupts surrendered. EE SHIRLEY T A. GOIB. Mr Joyce applied herein for debtor’s discharge. His Honor made the order as prayed. RE WILLIAM MUNRO. Mr George Harper applied herein for the discharge of the bankrupt. His Honor made the order as prayed. RE EDWARD DOBBIN. Mr Loughnan applied for the discharge of the debtor. His Honor made the order, subject to the Registrar being satisfied as to date of “ Gaaette ” notice.
