Mails close for the following places as under (subject to the necessary alterations): THURSDAY, AUGUST 10. For Otago, per Hawoa, at 1130 a.m.; late fee letters, at 11.40 a.m.; guard’s van, 12.10 p.m. train.
For Otago, per Wakatipu, at 12.30 p m. ; lato fee letters, at 12.45 p.m.; guard’s van, 1,2% p.m. train. For Northern Ports, per Mahinapua, at 1 45 p.m.; late fee letters, 2pm. ; guard’s vav, 2,40 p.m. train. For Northern Ports, per 'Botorua, at 3 20 p.m.; lata fee letters at 3.30 p.m.; guard’s van, 4 p.m. train. For Kaikonra, per Tni, at 420 p.m. ; late fee letters, at a. 35 pm,; guard’s van, 5.25 p.m. train. SATURDAY, AUGUST 12. For the United Kingdom, Continents of Europe and America, West Indies, Cape of Good Hope, Natal (via San Francisco), Sandwich Islands, Northern Ports of Now Zealand, &0., &c., per Hawea, as follows :—Ordinary letters, at 6.30 p.m, ; late fee letters, at 7 p.m. ; books and newspapers, at 6.30 p.m.; money orders, at 3 p.m.; registered letters, at 5 p.m.; guard’s van, 8.10 p.m. train. This mail will be due in London on September 25th.
