COURSING.
NORTH CANTERBURY COURSING CLUB. A committee meeting was held in the Club Hotel on Thursday evening. Entries for the Members Plate’were received as follows: Messrs B. Hossaok’s Leo, R. Hopkins’ Brin, G. Bailey’s King Tom, W. J. Dailey’s Trot, Magpie, Luoy and Fly, O. Cone's Oakley, G. Plaskett’s Skipper, R. J. Parsons’ (ns) Duchess, G. D. Greenwood’s Tip, J. Pearson, jun.’e. Barbell and Bpio, M. C. Moran’s Zulu and Lulu, H. Archer’s Fly and (ns) Tibby Fuller, J. Roberts’ Nellie, T. Croft's Bryan Boru, J. Bowie’s Yigo, M. O, Moran's Sam, J. Farrell’s Lough, Charlie, Nellie and (ns) Spring, R J. Parsons’ (ns) Supplejack, and D. Dick’s Kate O’Bhantor. Draw takes place at Club Hotel on Saturday, at 8 p.m.
