[BHUTEE’S TELEGRAMS.] LONDON, August 1. Harmony has been restored in the Naval Reserve, and the men who withdrew from that force are now rejoining. Consols remain at par. Colonial breadstuffs continue quiet and unchanged in price; Australian beef tallow declined 6d, to 445; best mutton remains at 45s 6d ; the stock in London to-day is 13,130 casks. Accounts of the English wheat crop are now more favorable, as finer weather prevails. Reports to hand from America state that the crop in that country is expected to be considerably above the average. Asb” Spbcial.] LONDON, August 2, 7.55 p.m. In consequence of the Rouse of Lords persisting, in their amendments on the Triflb Arrears Bill it will be dropped for the present session. Parliament will be immediately prorogued and a fresh session held, when the Bill will be again introduced. The Turkish force for Egypt ’will start early nest week. The Stambonl Conference has agreed
to a series of proposals for ensuring the security of the Suez Canal. General Sir Evelyn Wood embarks at Portsmouth on Friday, to take the Egyptian command. The Government are in possession of official documentary evidence, conclusively establishing the fact that Arabi Pasha has throughout been abetted by the Porte.
