The Otaqo Habbob Boabd Bill.—The Frees Association, says the •' Daily Times," was in error in reporting that on Thursday afternoon’s sitting Mr Wright’s amendment on the Obago Harbor Board Bill was carried. It was lost by 41 to 24, It was iMr Fish’s amendment that was carried, and his amendment, which he proposed tho previous week, was that not more than half the amount (or £100,000) should be spout on the Upper , Harbor until vessels drawing 23 feet of water could safely cross the bar.
