Ollivier, Esq., 8.M., B.Westeni*, Esq , J.P.J Drunkenness.—Hobert McLelland, who had on Saturday night last in Oashel street been drunk and diaorderly, assaulting the police and using obscene language, and to errest whom it took four constables, was fined £115», or in default forty-eight hours' imprisonment with hard labor. For being drunk at the rail nay station a man was fined lOi, or in default forty-eight hours' imprisonment. Begistbation of KiißOtobb Act.—Joseph Armishaw was charged with having, at the polling for the election of a member of Parliament for Stanmore, falsely stated that he was a resident in that district. Mr Lee, Returning Officer, proseouted. Mr Swann, appeared for the defendant. The evidence showed that defendant, whose name appeared on the roll of the district named, did not reside there at the lime of the eleotion. He was fined 10% coats of Oourt, and ordered to pay ss, the expenses of one witness. Miscbllaneotts.—Miohael McGoverin and T. L«. Xhompkins, publioans, were eaoh fined 3j, and 2j oosts, for not keeping lights burning outside their hotels at night'—&.rohibald Moore, for having in his possession an unregistered dog, was fined 10j.—Denis O'Callaghan, for allowing iheep to stray on to the BUesmerd railway, was fined 10a. —Bobert Henley, for allowing seven head of oattle to wander, was fined 10s.—Charles Flockton was ordered to pay 5s per week towards the maintenance of his son at Burnham. —J. Martin, for permitting a nuisance on his premises, and for using un improper closetpan, was fined 10s in eaoh case.—Marian Barrett, in arrears 12s, and Maria Barkle, in arrears 15s, io respeot to their contributions of li eaoh per week towards the support of their mother, were ordered to pay up forthwith, or di tress warrants to i9sue. —Samuel Findlay, foy using abusive and threatening language to Amelia Long, at West Melton, on July 4th, was fined £l, costs of Oourt, and plaintiff's ' expenses, 8i 2d. '
