Martin, for permitting a nuisance on his premises, and for using un improper closetpan, was fined 10s in eaoh case.—Marian Barrett, in arrears 12s, and Maria Barkle, in arrears 15s, io respeot to their contributions of li eaoh per week towards the support of their mother, were ordered to pay up forthwith, or di tress warrants to i9sue. —Samuel Findlay, foy using abusive and threatening language to Amelia Long, at West Melton, on July 4th, was fined £l, costs of Oourt, and plaintiff's ' expenses, 8i 2d. '
