THE DRILLSHED GAS BILL AND RIFLE RANGE.

To the Editor of the Globe. Bib, —la it true that the gas at the Drillshed is cut oil because the Drillshed commissioners have not paid the gas bill for gas consumed during the time the English fair was held there, and that oar Volunteers have to drill by candle light ? And is it true that the officers in charge of the think it t.o much trouble and waste of time to spare a few hours in looking for a piece of ground suitable for a rifle range ? If such is the case, the sooner the men srake their grievances known to the Minister of Defence and demand a Court of Enquiry Into the conduct of their officers, the better it will be for them. Yours, &0., EX-ISNGLI3H VOI.T7NTEEB.
