Consols have advanced to 99f. NewZealand securities remain, at the following quotations :—5 per cent. 10-40 loan,. 106*; 5 per. cent. 1889 loan, 106; 4|per cent. 1879-1904 loan, 103. The market rate of discount has advanced ■s- - cent., and is now 2| ; the Bank rateis 3 per cent. Adelaide wheat, ex store,. remains at 535, and New Zealand do at 51s 6d; Adelaide flour, ex warehouse, has further risen Is, and is quoted to-day at 38s. Australian tallow is unchanged at 43s 6d for best beef and 44s 6'd for best mutton. Galvanised iron, 26 guage, £l7 15s; best Sydney copra Has advanced to £l6 15s.
