ENGLISH & FOREIGN. [EELTEH’S TELEGEAMS.I ALEXANDRIA, July 10. Admiral Seymour has announced that ha will commence the bombardment of the city at four o’clock on Tuesday morning unless the forts are surrendered before that time. The French fleet will mot join in the bombardment. Mr Cookeon, the British Consul, has suspended relations with the Egyptian Government, and has informed Dervish Pasha that he trill ho held responsible for the safety of the Khedive.
